Progreso Literacy and Citizenship Center is moving to the third floor of the Gerry Hyland Government Center, previously known as the South County Center, across the street from its current location. Progreso is moving because Fairfax County will soon begin renovations at the old Mount Vernon High School where we are currently located.
Progreso will be closed on Thursday, August 18 and Friday, August 19, as we prepare for and make the move.
Beginning Monday, August 22, we will continue to provide ESL education, citizenship services, and immigration assistance services at our new office of the Gerry Hyland Government Center, located at 8350 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA, 22309. We will be on the third floor in suite 325. The main number is still 703.799.8830. Telephone numbers and email address for the Progreso team will remain the same.
