Will Packard serves as Chief Financial Officer at United Community. He works closely with the CPO (Chief Programs Officer) and Program Directors to implement financial controls that empower program operations while ensuring that expenditures are consistently aligned with program budgets. He also works with the Development team to support grant budgets and contract proposals. 

A certified public accountant, Will has 35 years of experience owning and managing small businesses in the fields of graphic design, digital marketing, and web development. He most recently served as Director of Finance at Innate, a subsidiary of the Cover-More Group, a global travel insurance provider based in Sydney, Australia. With an eye for detail, Will pays close attention to functions and systems that promote long-term financial stability. 

Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a Certificate in African Studies and later earned his Master of Business Administration at George Mason University. His hobbies include gardening, rowing, crossword puzzles, and cheering for the Washington Nationals and Capitals. Will is the proud father of two young adults. He lives in Arlington with his wife and two dogs.
