Delia and Marcia work hard to provide individualized, holistic support that has improved learning, strengthened families, and created a healthier community.

Sharing the Love
On February 14th, United Community participated in the 3rd annual Sharing the Love initiative hosted by De Lune Corp. Joined by Supervisor Lusk, we worked together to achieve our goal of serving 1000 families who are experiencing food insecurity.
Dinner is Served
The after-school snacks at our Community Centers just got better! United Community’s Creekside Village Community Center and Sacramento Neighborhood Center are now providing nutritious dinners during their after-school programs! The 60+ youth enrolled in Success through Purpose, Achievement, Respect, and Knowledge (SPARK) will be able to come to the centers for tutoring, fun activities, and a full meal.
We’re Seeing More Field Trips in Our Future
We’re excited to announce our partnership with Tickets for Kids, a non-profit partnering with organizations to supplement programs serving low-income, historically underserved children with free tickets to events in the area. Tickets for Kids goal is to “spark an interest, ignite a passion and shape a future without limits” with experiences in arts and culture, education, sports, recreation, and family entertainment. United Community is excited to be part of that!
